Stalcup Glass is now located at 1400 Broadway but they are moving down the street to a metal building. This will leave the Leslie Block empty.
Originally, this site was occupied by Frisbey's Drug Store. According to the current owner, when the Methodist Memorial Hospital conducted a nursing school in the 1930's, students were housed in the upper floor of this building. |
